Bartender

Description:

Facilitate visitor enjoyment by performing a variety of customer service duties including, but not limited to, greeting and serving customers and co-workers, providing education about our products and other products we carry, stocking bar, serving drinks, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of bar facilities.

Barback/Busser

Description:

Perform bussing responsibilities such as clearing empty cups and trash from bartop and tables. Maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of bar (i.e. wipe down surfaces, push chairs and stools in, arrange drink menus). Perform frequent restroom checks for quality control. Perform clean-ups of spills or other customer accidents as needed. Ensure bartenders are equipped with clean rags at bartending stations at all times. Clean cups and glasses in back of house; adhere to glass-washing procedures. Ensure bartenders are equipped with clean glasses in front of house at all times Check and re-stock ice bins. Assist bartenders with back of house inventory. Follow all opening, closing, and key-holding procedures during each shift. Ensure customer satisfaction by smiling and answering any questions our customers may ask.

Cellar Worker

Description:

The Cellar Worker is responsible for all duties involved in the fermentation and packaging of beer while maintaining good manufacturing practices. The Cellar Worker’s responsibilities include CIP/sanitation of fermentation and brite beer tanks, transferring finished beer, monitoring the fermentation of beer, yeast management, conditioning beer, carbonating beer to the correct level, keg washing and packaging(kegging). Other duties of the Cellar Worker include cleaning the floors, outsides of tanks, miscellaneous parts, and floor drains. The Cellar Worker should expect to work a minimum of 20+ hours per week and up to 10 hours per day, if necessary, depending on the production schedule.
